Check-In: You may arrive at the Pension from 8am and onwards, until 8pm (depending on season). If your room is not yet available, you may of course leave your luggage with us before you head out to explore the city. We invite all our guests, who arrive before 10am on their arrival day, to have breakfast for free.

Please let us know, if you will be arriving very late. In that case we will tell you where you can collect your keys and information on how you get to your room.

Very important: if you will be arriving later than 6pm, please let us know!

Check-Out: You should leave your room before 11am. If you need to stay longer in your room, please tell us. We will see, what we can do for you. If you are departing from Berlin in the afternoon or evening, you may of course leave your luggage at the reception until we close the reception – please ask us!

Unfortunately not. You get the tickets for public transports at every stop or directly at the bus driver.

You can buy the famous „Berlin Welcome Card“ at the Tourist information, at a walking distance of about 7 - 10 minutes from us. For more information about the „Berlin Welcome Card“, have a look at www.visitberlin.de/en/welcomecard.

When arriving at the station or at the airport early in the morning, buy yourself a day- or group ticket to save money, because you can continue to discover the city after the the trip to the Pension, without having to buy a new ticket for the rest of the day.

Parking on the streets costs Euro 1/hour from 9 am to 10pm. It is not always easy to find a free parking space. It's much easier to park you car in the nearby parking garage (about 2 minutes walk from the Pension) where 24 hours cost 10 Euro.

Yes!!!! Smoking is absolutely forbidden in the entire house. There are very sensitive smoke-detectors in all our rooms. If a fire alarm is activated through smoking, the fire brigade will charge the room where the alarm was activated with Euro 1000. But even if the fire brigade does not come, we will charge the smoking guest in the room Euro 50 extra for cleaning the mattresses, carpets and curtains.

So please: if you'd like to smoke, please go out to the street in front of the house or into the garden, where you'll find places to sit - and ashtrays.

But sure - unless you are pretty sure that your pet will bark or cry when you are not there. But we can't allow your animal to accompany you in the morning to the breakfast room, out of respect for our other guests. We will charge you an extra fee of 10 Euros for the special cleaning of the room - no matter how long you stay with us.

Yes! Ask us for a Wi-Fi access code to the Internet when you arrive. It´s free of charge.
If you dont have your own computer with you, you may use our guest-computer behind the reception. It is accessable and free of charge during the opening hours of the reception.

The ordinary breakfast-time is from 7:30am to 10am. We are also able to serve the breakfast at 7am already, if you let us know the evening before. In case you are working during the night, we can also offer you breakfast in the afternoon.

Unfortunately we don´t have guest laundry facilities at the Pension. But a 20 minute walk from us will take you to a modern laundry salon, that is opened every day from 6am to 10pm.
